David,
at this point what is another MX-60?  Redundancy is ideal for this job
anyway.  lets go with 2 controllers and stay at 72 volts.

Now that I have breathed fork life exhaust, I can think clearly again.  I am
concerned about the following: a 72 volt array w/ five series strings of
Evergreen 115's will clip the MX on the output to the battery.  At normal
operation, you will have 34.2 amps (based on the 110) at approximately 93.2
volts, which is stepped down to 50.4 volts, let's say.  If you run the #'s,
the MX60 will want to send 63.2 amps to the battery.  Even if it is "rated"
at 70 amps, it is current limited on the output to 60 amps.

I'd recommend dropping the array to 60 volt nominal strings, for a total of
25 modules (2,875 watts), or adding a second MX 60.  Do you have a
preference?
