No - the prosines cannot be grid tied - also, only the 12vdc / 120 vac 
versions are available as inverter/chargers (24 vdc and export versions 
are inverter only - no 48 vdc versions).  

The OutBack grid-tie versions are currently only available in 24 and 48 
vdc for 60Hz systems (USA). 

The regular OutBacks are offered in 12, 24 and 48 vdc versions with 
120vac 60hz US and 230vac 50hz export outputs.  These are used in UPS 
type applications all the time.
