Well, if your driving to Client A, you can't be making shop rate servicing 
Client B.  So, you need to charge shop rate for travel.  It's not your 
fault Client A lives where they do.

If your driving, your putting miles on your rig and consuming fuel.  You 
can't donate this.  So while driving to Client A, charge shop rate AND 
mileage.  You can always offer for Client A to deliver his/her system to 
your shop for service.
