I second the other opinions regarding metallic.  You may also want to
consider armored BX cable of the appropriate ampacity and number of
conductors.  Unless I'm mistaken, it should meet the requirements and it is
easy to install in areas where you want to spend a minimum of time -- like
an itchy, ill-ventilated attic.
