Bob,

John Bzura of National Grid USA (a large New England utility) has been a big
champion of not requiring a disconnect. He was the project manager of the
Gardner, Mass. PV project back in the mid 1980's.

Wrenches,

If you know of an electric utility that does NOT require AC disconnects on
grid tie systems, could you please forward me their name and access info.
Portland General Electric is no longer requiring them and we are trying to
make a case with PacificCorp to do the same.  They want us to provide the
names of 10 utilities that no longer require it, before they'll consider it.
I'd love to provide the info and watch for the response!
