Acid spill [RE-wrenches]

If I remember my old chemistry well enough, I think you have Calcium 
Sulphate from the original spill and now mixed with Sodium bicarbonate. 
It might be somewhat basic by now since the original reaction with the 
concrete neutralized the acid and the Sodium bicarbonate is basic. It 
shouldn't be too toxic, but I would not just put it anywhere. It may 
have traces of Lead and Antimony. There may be pockets of acid still. As 
well, I suspect that all of the structural wood that has come in contact 
with the acid will have to be replaced. 

I would contact an industrial battery distributor in your area, and/or 
IBE, to see if they can help. This may be an expensive clean-up job.
