Wrench List Production Survey: another change [RE-wrenches]

One additional field that would be nice in this survey would be, for 
systems which include battery back-up capability, if it includes MPPT 
charge controller or not. My experience is that this has a significant 
impact on the annual performance of the system.  

I also think that all of the systems which are submitted to California 
for the rebate program should be required to include MPPT for the PV 
array....
