Jay, the Everlite LED lamp is a good one. Has eight hi-power LEDs with a
total of 50 lumens output. Runs 12 hours with about 3 hours of sunlight,
or has optional power cord to plug into a lighter socket. Backwoods is
offering it substantially cheaper than uh...some other catalog retailer
I'm familiar with. ($44 cheaper!)

Subject: solar lanterns [RE-wrenches]

Say anyone know of a good solar lantern? Something that could be
recharged
by either a solar panel or car battery?

I'm looking for one, for me to take on vacation. ( car camping trip
this
time)

Thanks,
jay
