Quick question:

If you can afford a dang plasma TV--how about coming up with the cash for a
decent sinewave inverter. If you they want to go first class, do it right. I
would never subject that kind of hardware to a $1.25 inverter.

Bill.

Subject: Plasma TV on square-wave inverter [RE-wrenches]

Wrenches,

We're designing a RV system, which loads include a plasma TV. All other
loads could run on a square-wave inverter. Will the plasma TV run on a
square-wave inverter? The retail cost difference between a Xantrex Pro-Watt
and Exceltech or Pro-Sine is about $500.

Any experience with the Invertek sine-wave inverters (which are considerably
cheaper than the Exceltech or Pro-Sine)?

Thanks,
-Kelly
