I agree....the H40 from 6 years ago WAS a good machine. I have 3 here in 
Western, NY that are 8, 7 and 6 years old now...running well with 
minimal maintenance. When Elliott was making those they were a good 
value. When SWWP took over World Power they proceeded to ruin a good 
design and I wouldn't touch one with an 84' tilt up!
