I don't have a lead, but I did find it interesting that when I was talking to the local PP&L rep las week about my grid tied system, he said he thought the disconnect was dumb and "if the inverter is doing what it is supposed to it is not necessary"... and even though it is a requirement "from Portland", he admitted it will never be used. He also mentioned what we all know, that line workers treat all lines as hot and they ground
them before working on them. They are sure dumb and I salute your efforts Bob to try to bring sanity to a utility company.
