The following post applies to CA electricians only:

has been extended for 6 months.
See http://www.dir.ca.gov/DAS/ECU_FAQ.htm and
http://www.dir.ca.gov/t8/291_1.html to see that each of your employees are
required to have 8000 hours of experience before any of them can
apply. This does not make sense to me. If you hire a new employee, he or
she can not work as an electrician until he/she has 8000 hours (4000
residential). How does one get the 8000 hours if one can not work in the
trade? This seems like a HUGE catch 22.
Anyone have any insight?
