Hello all!

I am trying to decrease the time involved in doing a bid-proposal moving on
to a deposit type of invoice and on to continuing invoicing till project
completion. I have worked with Quick-Books Pro and it works but the changing
costs and material input time is a drag and expensive.
I am looking for a program that allows for the variables that cable distance
and changing wire size [and $] can be edited quickly and easily.

What programs have worked for you and what have not worked?

Anyone with something off the shelf that has been wonderful and easy to
train others on?
