Inrush Current on 225 kW Inverter [RE-wrenches]

We have PV system with a Xantrex 225 kW inverter and night-time switch. When the system wakes up in the morning, the 340A, 480V load inrush current causes the service panel circuit breaker to trip. The breaker is new and had no previous problems. All connections are tight. Has anyone come up with a capacitor or choke or other solution to "soft-start" high inrush current?
