Make it as versatile as possible! I don't wear gimme caps, and T-shirts are
only good in summer and on the work site. I'm more concerned about
professional presentation, as teacher, salesperson, site visiter. Give me an
embroidered patch that I can put along with our logo and name on a good
denim or chambray work shirt. Better, give me a digital file in a common
professional embroiderer's program that I can put on those same shirts along
with our company name and logo. And give me a scalable jpeg that I can put
on letterheads, business cards, and the like.
