NABCEP exam [RE-wrenches]

Hi David,

The Handbook says that 70 is the passing score.  However, they arrive 
at that number after a series of adjustments.  The first being that 
there are a number of "pilot questions" on the test that will not be 
graded but are there to explore our responses for future tests.   So 
first you take those out.

Then they say that each set of exams (perhaps next round) is a 
different set of questions and there's some sort of scaling to adjust 
for difficulty level  of the different exams.  Then they apply some 
sort of scaling based on how we do as a group though that scaling is 
promised not to be on "the curve" but on number of correct answers 
(so that potentially no one could fail).

So it's not a straightforward 70%.
