c-40 battery charging [RE-wrenches]

Thanks Roy and others,
However, I am not concerned with overloading the C-40,
in one case I am worried about losing charge
potential. If I have two separate arrays two separate
C-40s, one on each array, connected to the battery.
And one of the C-40 starts charging the battery bank
raising the bank voltage, the second C-40 would only
stay in float. Thereby losing its charge potential.

Again if one array charges the battery rasing the
voltage, would this not keep the second array and its
C-40 from making any contribution?
