Hey Travis,

  The 149 watt PTC # comes from CEC's site at 
http://www.consumerenergycenter.org/erprebate/eligible_pvmodules.html

  NO MC connects as far as I can tell otherwise seems like a great 
choice taking in to account higher rebate per module and cheaper 
module price.
