SMA EEPROM error [RE-wrenches]

All,

Though I'm not personally affected - off grid only- I am wondering if
SMA is reimbursing wrenches for their time (and travel time) to fix the
errors.  Our collective time is valuable and should be treated as such.

Hi 
I had this on two different 2500 models both were
single inverter installations.  Like you say it is
easy to fix, but not necessarly a short drive.  I also
have heard that this waa fixed on new inverters only
the older ones.
