Hello Kent
What is the maximum amount of characters that can be programmed into the
beta brite? How much power does it consume for this operation? Does it
shutdown when the array does? Can we put it on a timer? Is it vandal
proof?

TIA (thanks in advance)

Keith, any SBC will continue to communicate with the inverters while
communicating with the Betabrite. The only downside with the Light and
Regular SBC is you can only have either the Betabrite or a PC plugged
into the SBC at one time. If you require both you will need to get the
SBC Plus, which has an extra communication port for just this
application.

The Betabrite may be programmed with any text message mixed with
inverter or SBC channel data values.

Regards,

Does anyone have any experience using a Beta Brite and a SBC light for
any of their projects?
We would like to incorporate one for a future project at a library. We
wanted to say, welcome...this system is generating...
Can both the Beta Brite and SBC work simultaneously? Any limitations?
