CEC Rebate for Contractors [RE-wrenches]

My question was not about owner installs. It was about contractors
installing their own systems for the full rebate which is in the Appendix
A, next to last page of Guide.

(Owner installers were not permitted to jack up their own price. They have
always had to include real invoice proof from parts vendors and they were
not allowed to include any labor unless it was from a licensed electrician
on a real invoice.)

Hi Joel,

It was changed this year to owner install getting nicked by 15%. This kept
owner installers from jacking up their own price and the expense of the
program and the rest of us. It is a mixed blessing.
