Thanks a lot for posting this.  I guess the origin of my incorrect
understanding is from something an inspector told me back in the 80's
and it's always stayed in my head.  It's caused a lot of extra work
sometimes... Especially some cases working above T-Bar Ceilings.  Funny
thing is, I've read those sections numerous times and it never dawned on
me that it applied to what the inspector put in my head so long ago...
Oh, well. Some things get in there and don't get chased out soon enough.

Thanks for bringing that to my/our attention as well.  It makes sense
from that perspective, which was my hunch, but didn't know and never
asked.

I really appreciate getting feedback.  I learn each day.  I prefer to
learn the right answers... Saves grief.
