You are correct . The code allows ac and dc in the same conduit or
raceway but...
1) The insulation on all conductors must be rated for the highest
voltage in the raceway.
Normally not a problem since most power wire is 600 V rated. Some
control cables can be only 300 V rated.
2) You can not terminate the ac and dc in the same conduit or raceway
without a mechanical barrier.
No split bolts, taps, or splices if you mix ac and dc.
