Just a reminder to be careful before you hit that Send button.

First, there have been several blank messages sent to the list lately. We need to avoid that if we can.

Second, please be careful to reduce the amount of quoting your reply has. Quote just enough of the message you are replying to so folks get the sense of it. 

In addition, ALWAYS remove the footers that Topica adds in before replying. Not only will this reduce unwanted clutter in a message, but it is also a good habit to get into to protect yourself from being accidentally unsubscribed from the list. Why? If you happen to send a Topica message on to someone off-list without removing that footer, they can use that enclosed link to unsubscribe you. Bummer.
