"Have a request to find a good 36 volt inverter, or 36 volt
inverter/charger.
Plans to use it with a 36 volt GE Tractor."

I had one of these older GE electric tractors also with same problem.
I finally decided even if I could find a 36 volt inverter it would not
be worth the problems with a 36 volt battery system, odd voltage
charge controller, and hard to find DC lights that would work with
this battery voltage.

I finally decided the easiest approach was to buy a quality 36 volt
charger operating on 120 VAC inverter, and only connect charger to
tractor on a really good solar day after house battery was full.
