Remember, the solar code is written by Sandia Labs, a Lockheed Martin 
operation.  Have you ever wondered "why are these guys so interested in 
solar?"  Maybe they just want to make PV very, very safe so no one can 
possibly get hurt (even though they supply billions of dollars worth of 
weapons to pulverize Third World countries).
