April 2003 Photon International reports SMA America revenues at $3.24 Million in FY2001 and $8.1 million in FY2002. You can guesstimate the number of SB2500s, DOAs and failures. Fortunately, SMA has raised the bar for customer service and is willing to accommodate early adoptor learning curve.
