RE life-cycle costs [RE-wrenches]

You could check out www.retscreen.net

They have free Excel based software for feasibility and life cycle cost
studies of wind, small hydro, PV, Solar air heating, solar water
heating, biomass, heat pumps, ...

The analysis is relatively crude since it is not performance or design
software, but it does allow for taxes, inflation, rebates and other
things.

One note about the PV software, the values entered for orientation of
the array are backwards -- 0 is south and 180 is north?!
