Keith,

I've had great success with the new Wattsun AZ300 dual axis tracker. They
will definitely stand-up to very high winds, you build them AFTER the pole
is up (I use a big iron weld flange at ground level to avoid the humungous
piece of 8" pipe required) and, of course, they track like they're glued to
the sun!
Since they will handle up-to 12 Sharp 165's, you shouldn't have a problem.

Only thing is, you'll need a bunch of money, a bunch of guys and a bunch of
redi-mix.
