CA Solar Tax ??? [RE-wrenches]

Graham,

It always amazes me how little professors in electrical engineering know
about PV (Mechanical Engineers RULE). Where did they find this guy "Mr.
Rabaey" from UC Berkeley? Again UCBerkeley comes up looking like morons--the
dude isn't even a PhD. Sounds like the EE dept. at Berkeley needs a PV101
class.

Shatter the darkness of PV-ignorance in all its forms!!
