No apology necessary to me, William. I always welcome hearing your
voice on matters.

Ditto to Mo's comment. Keep 'em coming....or did I miss something you
said that was really egregious?

We all have our own experiences and perspectives. The real value in
this list is our sharing those lessons learned.

I, personally, deeply appreciate your cynical, skeptical,
"bullet-proof-or-nothing" approach. :-)

While that is my natural direction, I have learned to accept some things
and methods that I would never have dreamed to be acceptable in the
past. Non-metallic liquid-tight flex in certain applications, for
instance. A couple of years ago, you would never have been able to
convince me it was worth a damn in any application.

Tray cable, or any other non-conduited conductor for that matter, on a
rooftop. I have used tray-cable in industrial, indoor and outdoor
applications for years, as have many others. It has held up under
extreme environmental conditions and I've never had to replace or repair
the cabling due to "breaking down" or rodents. Human error? Loose
connections? A couple.

But, you know what? I've done a lot more repairs on other wiring
methods due to improper installation techniques. I know other methods
are more common and this raises the potential for bad stuff, but I have
yet to put my hands on a solidly installed piece of tray-cable.

Just a couple of examples....

Keep up your dedication to doing the best work you can and....sleep well
at night.

Pray for Sun!
