Count me in!  In addition, aren¹t we talking about only 1.5 to 2% of the
total customer base?  Exit fees won¹t make much of a dent in their debt.
IMO, the utilities are launching a pre-emptive strike to set precedence as
this technology becomes more prevalent.  We need to be the ones setting the
legislative precedence, since this is the basis of most legal decisions.
