FYI I have a couple of thermal systems installed that would easily
overheat in summer except for one thing.
I installed the collectors (evacuated tube) vertically on a south wall
with at least 240 gallons of storage and to date have never had a
problem even in one house that has only one resident and he leaves on
business quite often.

Just another way of doing it.
