panel (sort of) repair [RE-wrenches]

Hi Kurt,

If you can expose a bit of the lead on the panel try the following.

1. clean the lead
2. put a small amount of coiled rosen core solder
3. heat a copper screw with a torch, and when hot enough put it onto the
panel over the solder, hold until cool.

I've used this method to fix many old arco panels.
