Any chance there is "back feeding" going on from the inverter output
on these specific breaker loads going around and also being back fed
from the grid side?  In other words, when these breakers are switched,
their circuits are being supplied from the other end by the grid so
that the inverter "sees" a bottomless load to supply.

I bet your problem is a wiring loop out in these load circuits and has
nothing to do with inverter.  Could also be a loose neutral allowing
return current flow on grounds.
