12 volt differential controller [RE-wrenches]

Tom
The collectors are to be Heliodyne, Gobi collectors,
either 4x8 or 4x10 The roof has room for 6 wide, but I
will use only 4 or 5.  The waste heat will be used in
the outdoor hot tub.  Or dumped into the ground source
heat pump loop.
