PV panel degradation [RE-wrenches]

The figure I remember hearing from the heavily-monitored PVUSA project
in California (and have been repeating to customers for quite some
time), is 0.25% to 0.50% degradation per year for single and poly
crystal. But I honestly can't put my finger on the data source this
instant...so take it as hearsay.

Bill, or somebody who worked on PVUSA care to wade in here?

Cheers,
Doug Pratt

Does anyone have historical data on pv panel degradation? Is it safe to
say it is ½ to 1% per year?
