DR question [RE-wrenches]

[Jay Peltz, Peltz Power]

Hi All,

I've got a DR inverter that is doing the following.

When voltage above around 13.8v ( 12v system) the inverter will not run
electronic items, it'll do lights and toaster etc, but not the TV, radio
etc.

Any ideas?  or is this back to the factory?
