I've got to ask. Does that include CSA or cUL?

The corresponding standard to UL 1741 in Canada is CSA C22.2 No 107.1-01
and as far as I know there is not a single inverter available in Canada
that is listed to that standard.

Catch-22. The Canadian market is too small to bother with the listing
and the market isn't going to grow until we have listed products.
