cost per kWh [RE-wrenches]

We have some small PortaWattz inverters (StatPower) that have failed and we
need to locate a source for parts, since we can't buy them here locally.  We
need the following parts to repair the inverters.

IRF 640 transistors for outgoing power
RFP 50N06 transistors for incoming power
P19NB2 transistors for outgoing power
75343P transistors for incoming power
Integrated circuit oscilator KA 3525A
Integrated cicuit regulator NE556N

Does anyone know of a supplier for these parts?
