effluent pump [RE-wrenches]

Of course there is a HUGE market for making this kind of a pump in DC or, at
least, distributing this pump throughout DC.  We all know what kind of
effluent is spilling onto the streets of that city   ;-)

Matt,

We would have to get motors made for it special, but manufacturer's 

minimum is 25 of all-same V and HP. Then, we need pump manufacturer's 

cooperation to supply us without motor at reasonable price.

I don't think there's enough market, do you?
