Oh dear. Referring to you as "Easterners" was actually a clumsy attempt at
humor, but should work well to show how relative peoples points of view are.
To a New Yorker Colorado is West, to us, you're East.
To you, our rebate program is an artificial Government-induced free ride; to
us it's an imperfect, bureaucracy-heavy, frustrating entity attempting to
cause the lessening of greenhouse gas emissions, promote the development and
implementation of advanced technologies, and help stimulate one of the
worlds largest economies.

It's all how you look at it.
