Read Netmetering Under Attack or Hit Delete [RE-wrenches]

My apologies to Wrenches who only want "nuts and volts" stuff posted, but I did
not make a list of Wrenches who contacted me off-list for a cut-and-paste protest
letter against SDG&E's exit fees for renewable energy producers and would like to
know who else sent letters. SDG&E only listed CALSEIA and my company in their
January 14, 2003 response. Were we the only ones to file a protest with the
California Public Utilities Commission? Please contact me off-list if you filed a
protest.
