used kWh meters- followup [RE-wrenches]

$15.00 each? Jeez-0-Pete what a deal! I recently bought a re-con'd 3 phase
meter from Hialeah in Florida.
No calls from anybody yet, but the meter socket I also got from them wasn't
set-up right for my application.
