Yes - the export versions of the 24 and 48 vdc OutBack inverters are 
shipping.  We are completing our CE testing in Germany right now with an 
engineering company there. At this time the CE approval is for 
non-utility connected applications only (off-grid).  

The 12 vdc 230 vac 50 Hz units have not shipped but are in final 
testing.  

For more info email me directly and I can get you a full spec sheet on 
the OutBack export versions.
