washing machines (again) [RE-wrenches]

Hi all,

What's the latest take on the "best" tumble washer for a Trace SW or PS
inverter wave form? Who's had success with what?

One of my customers just returned a Kenmore that would not spin on his PS,
so he's looking. I formerly always recommended the Staber, but have had such
cr**y tech support when there is a real problem (and have found that the
warranty holds no promise of reimbursement even though it says it does),
that we no longer sell or recommend the Staber.

What's our choice?
