Wrenches,
While I'm offering free stuff...
One of our long-time clients seems to get direct lightning hits every couple
of years. The last one actually took out a chunk of his adobe house. Ever
the optimist, he said he figures it's how he upgrades his PV system--FX2024
this time, Tri-Met and SB50 in 2001...but it's an expensive way to drop big
unplanned bucks, and he wanted good lightning info.

Not being lightning experts, I gathered all of the earlier Wrenches posts on
lightning issues that I had saved, edited them down a bit, made a new Word
document out of them, and sent it to him. We'll develop a solution together.
There's no definitive answers, but some good solid information.

If anyone wants a copy, e-mail me off-list at allan at positiveenergysolar.com
and I'll send a copy.
