International Fuel/Energy costs [RE-wrenches]

Anyone know where to find International fuel and electricity costs? I've been searching the web to no avail. In particular I'm looking for gasoline, diesel, propane/butane, nat. gas and electricity on the RETAIL level. At the moment I need it for S. Mexico. This would need to be a site that is updated very frequently.
