California Wrenches - Urgent [RE-wrenches]

I have some breaking news, a CPUC Judge ruled last week in favor of 
proposing exit-fees for solar generation.  This has to be stopped or our 
California grid-tie PV industry will be crushed.  Please get the word 
out, we need as many letters sent as possible.  I have pasted this info
