Weekend's over!  Time to get up and start fighting again!

I received a copy of a summary  regarding Public Works and Prevailing Wages.
This is a very comprehensive and well written summary, unfortunately.

Please contact me off-list for a copy in PDF format.

It discusses the REQUIRED apprenticeship process, the Shasta Court ruling
that says Sole Proprietors and Partners must pay themselves the prevailing
wage, etc.

I sent in a Petition for Review to the Director of the DIR last night.  A
copy of this is also available in PDF upon request.

Doggone it I wish I had a website up and running so this would all be easier
for you.

I urge all of you to seriously look this stuff over, and soon.  Stay in
touch!
